เมื่อวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน 2562 ที่ผ่านมา นักเรียนหลักสูตร English Program ระดับชั้นม.4 และเกรด 10 ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการมูลนิธิจูเนียร์อะชีพเมนท์ประเทศไทย ในรายการ International Trade Challenge ณ โรงเรียนบางกอกพัฒนา โดยรูปแบบของงานจะเป็นการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการค้าและการลงทุนในต่างประเทศ รวมไปถึงการสร้างความคิดใหม่ ๆ ที่จะผลิตสินค้าเพื่อที่จะไปตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภคในแต่ละประเทศ นำไปสู่ซึ่งการแข่งขัน โดยจะทำการแข่งขันเป็นคู่ ซึ่งสำหรับหัวข้อการแข่งขันในปีนี้คือ การทำการตลาดที่เกี่ยวกับสินค้าประเภทของสวยงาม (Beauty Product) และตลาดเป้าหมายของปีนี้คือประเทศอินโดนิเซีย
On June 3rd 2019, our students in grade 10 joined the International Trade Challenge ITC organized by Junior Achievement Thailand in cooperate with FedEx Express A program designed to engage young people from nine countries in the Asia-Pacific region that encourages students to create an International Market Entry Strategy at Bangkok Pattana School. Students attend a one-day seminar where they are taught business skills such as research, marketing, innovation, pricing, and presentation skills. The student is then placed into individual and is given one week to prepare his/her own “Market Entry Strategy” for a product or service of his/her choice. The top sixteen papers, as judged by a preliminary panel from industry representatives are invited to a half-day competition. Student will then give an 8 minute presentation of their strategy to yet another panel of judges. The top three will have the opportunity to travel to a host country in Asia and compete against other winning teams from the Asia-Pacific region.
